1.Our promise

We want you to love your artwork. Because every image is custom digital content generated on demand, we work with a revision-first, refund-backed approach.

2.Free revisions

• Every order includes at least 1 free revision (Creator and Studio packs include more — see pricing).
• A revision regenerates your image with an adjusted style, prompt or settings, at no extra cost.
• Request a revision within 14 days of delivery by replying to your delivery email.

3.When you get a full refund

• We fail to deliver your image within 24 hours of payment.
• The generation fails technically and cannot be completed.
• After using your included revisions, the result is objectively defective (corrupt file, wrong resolution, ignored order parameters).
• We cancel your order (for example, because the request violates our content rules) — the refund is automatic.

4.When a refund is not available

• Dissatisfaction with artistic taste after the image was delivered as ordered and revisions were offered — AI output is inherently variable, which you accept at checkout.
• Incorrect email address provided by you (we will, however, re-send to a corrected address free of charge).
• Credits from packs that have already been spent on delivered images. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

5.EU consumers — right of withdrawal

By ordering, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once generation has started (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU). Unused credit packs remain withdrawable for 14 days. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights.

6.How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, processed through WooCommerce and our payment provider. To request one, email [email protected] with your order number.
