1.Who we are

2.The service

Artpix generates digital images using artificial intelligence based on the inputs you provide: an optional uploaded image, a selected style preset and/or a custom text prompt. The generated image is delivered digitally, either as an email attachment or via a private, time-limited download link, to the email address you provide at checkout.

AI generation is inherently non-deterministic. While we curate styles and quality-check output, we cannot guarantee that a generated image will match your expectations exactly. Included revisions and our Refund Policy address this.

3.Orders and payment

  • All prices are displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.
  • Image credits purchased in packs do not expire and are not transferable.
  • Generation begins only after successful payment.

4.Your content and inputs

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the image solely to fulfil your order. You represent that:

  • you own the uploaded image or have permission to use it;
  • your inputs do not depict identifiable third parties without their consent;
  • your inputs are not unlawful, and do not request content that is sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, defamatory, or intended to deceive (e.g. fake identification, fraudulent likenesses of real people).

We may refuse or cancel (with refund) any order that violates these rules or the acceptable-use policies of our underlying AI providers.

5.Rights to generated images

Upon full payment and delivery, we assign to you all rights we hold in the delivered image for personal use. Orders that include a commercial license (e.g. the Studio Pack) additionally permit use in products, marketing and other commercial contexts. You acknowledge that AI-generated works may have limited or no copyright protection in some jurisdictions and that similar outputs may be independently generated for other customers.

6.Delivery

Typical delivery is within 15 minutes and no later than 24 hours after payment. Secure download links expire [X] days after first being sent and permit a limited number of downloads. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to download your image before the link expires; we will re-issue a link free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

7.Revisions and refunds

Each order includes the number of free revisions stated on the pricing page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. As the product is custom digital content generated on demand, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content supplied immediately with your consent may not apply; where local consumer law provides otherwise, that law prevails.

8.Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or your use of generated images in breach of these terms.

9.Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of [venue], or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
